My name is Justin, and I decided to follow Jesus at the age of 30. After this, many things started to take place in my life that I never expected. One of those things is a 2-way communications hobby that I was never really interested in. I was prompted to find backup comms for my family which lead me to get a GMRS license. Soon after that, I found myself with many opportunities to share my faith and testimony over the radio along with the encouragement to continue. Then I was encouraged and inspired to get my Technician Class Amateur Radio License which I was never planning to do. Then I was motivated by a friend to upgrade to my General Class License which I had no previous interest in. So, after all of this and more, I finally realized that I had not been fulfilling my own plans and ambitions as I had tried to do before. But instead, I had been following a much greater plan that God had for me since before I even existed. Though we are all called to spread The Good Word across the land if we follow Christ...I have been prompted by The Holy Spirit to do so via the air waves of 2-way radio. The Lord has inspired me to build this website and to expand this project throughout the radio community so that this technology may be used to expand His Kingdom. Please join me in my efforts to know our Lord more deeply and to better understand His plan for our lives. Then to faithfully execute his commands in order to glorify our Holy Father and point others to him.

Using my naturally assigned call sign in the branding of the website and the project itself just seemed natural, given the circumstances. And believing that the King James Version is the one version of The Bible that is truly anointed by God, I started to see a clear message in the letters of my call sign. Especially once I remembered that the number 5 could be represented by its Roman numeral, V. That message being something like

                       "King James Version (leads to) Joy Near Jesus"

I realize this may seem ridiculous to some, but it is meaningful and inspiring to me and that is just part of my story.
